Fitness Academy

So I’ve been thinking about it for a while, and spurren on by the success of colleague, I’ve booked myself into a taster session here:

Its a 6 week plan of exercise and health eating – the first concerns me, but the latter is the most nerve wracking, in that its a complete change of mind set. I am not going in cold, as I’ve made some changes already and tried out some health protein and fish things I often dont.

I will let you know how I get on.
