So you will have noticed by now, that the blog has some what been taken over by the emergence of the NHSC25K and all of my posts.

So what is it?

Well its a NHS project to get you from Couch to 5K running or running solidly for 30 minutes. I’m tracking my progress via a Garmin watch, and posting on the NHS health uncovered site.

I will add as I progress through the prodcasts.
